You know, people can appear drunk and unable to think clearly when they are tired and didn't sleep in a while. Being drunk and being really tired have the same symptoms and looks. Both, when you're drunk and tired your eyes are low and both, when you're drunk and tired you can't concentrate and think clearly any more. DUH! So maybe she was just really tired instead of drunk, ever think of that!
